For a long time I exercised regularly, more than your average American (every week day with a running team etc) and dieting was not for me. But when I left that running team and fell out of my routine, I lost 10 lbs. Unfortunately, that 10 lbs was muscle, and then gained 10 lbs of fat which shows partially on my stomach and chest. Well, this summer gives me ample time to work that fat off.
